What we collect
To calculate a match you enter names (optional), dates, times and places of birth. We use them only to calculate your results and report.
What we store
We do not keep a database of your birth details. They are carried inside the signed link to your result and report, which is how you can reopen it later. Anyone you share that link with can see the report, so share it only with people you trust.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us. We receive only a payment confirmation. Razorpay’s own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.
Service providers
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Place names come from GeoNames. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.
If you write to support@tarachakra.online, we use your email only to reply to you.
Your choices
Since we do not store your birth details, there is nothing to delete on our side beyond any emails you send us; to have those deleted, write to support@tarachakra.online.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
