Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital reports

The full report is a digital product delivered instantly after payment, so orders cannot be cancelled once the report has been delivered.

When we refund in full

You will get a full refund if you were charged but the report did not open, if you were charged twice for the same report, or if a technical fault on our side made the report wrong. Write to us within 7 days of payment.

Wrong birth details

If you entered a wrong date, time or place, write to us within 7 days and we will send a corrected report at no charge rather than a refund.

How refunds work

Email support@tarachakra.online with your payment ID (in your Razorpay receipt). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
