Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

Tarachakra sells digital reports only. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

When you receive it

Your report opens on screen immediately after payment succeeds, usually within a few seconds, and you can download it as a PDF. The link to the report stays valid, so you can reopen it later.

If it does not arrive

If you paid but your report did not open, write to support@tarachakra.online with the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. We deliver it within 2 working days, or refund the payment as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
